Team Lead, At Home Operations

Your Responsibilities:
In the role of a Team Lead of At Home Operations you will oversee all day-to-day team operations.

You will serve as the primary “go-to” for the LA House Call team and will be a liaison to the other departments communicating directly with the house call operations leadership, clinic management, the membership team and other departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations and an amazing patient experience.
Specifically, your duties will include:
* Staffing and scheduling for the House Call Operations team utilizing time tracking technology, ,approving timesheets, and assisting with any payroll discrepancies.
* Supervision of the House Call Operations team, including but not limited to the division of tasks and projects, mentoring team members,and more.
* Ensuring operational changes and service updates are communicated to team members.
* Maintain oversight of the house calls email inbox, Spruce and Slack channels and ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner.
* Assist in the oversight of House Calls supplies inventory
* Serve as an initial point of contact for vendors.
* Collaborate with the Director of House Calls to create and improve training materials, SOPs and workflows, as needed or requested.
* Onboard and train new team members.
* Offer support to House Call teams in other markets and collaborate on projects, as requested.
* Offer administrative support to the House Call Coordinators, including working shifts and covering PTO, as needed.
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:
* Associates degree or above required , Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred , in Business, Hospitality, Public Health or a similar field
* 3+ years of prior administrative background in healthcare, hospitality, account management or operations required
* Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets required
* Knowledge of Salesforce and eClinicalWorks strongly preferred
