Major responsibilities
– Balance other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
– Provide completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
– Manually enter correct data into Tax software application
– Resolve and invoice for form preparation fees
– Ensure client information is up to date/documents
– Tend to incoming client calls to walk through tax questions and set appointments
Job Requirements:
– Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
– Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
– Expertise in taxes
– AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
– Outstanding data entry skills
– Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
– Spreadsheet and database capabilities
– Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
