What you get to do every single day
– Prepare transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies manually
– Perform a total count and invoice for form preparation fees
– Return incoming client calls to aid with tax questions and set appointments
– Type appropriate data into Tax software application
– Follow up with clients to gather crucial information/documents
– Be responsible for other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
– Spreadsheet and database capabilities
– Can work independently with minimal supervision
– AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
– Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
– Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
– Outstanding data entry skills
– tax experience
– Microsoft Excel experience desired
