Early Talent Program Manager role will be focused on day-to-day program management of two early talent diversity internship and apprenticeship programs.
Both programs are designed to attract and develop diverse talent who possess valuable, in-demand skills but who do not have a four-year degrees.
These innovative pathway programs together currently enroll about 100 candidates annually and we are seeking a strong PM to help lead growth and evolution of these programs.

– Primary point of contact for hiring managers and early talent program participants (answer question, provide guidance, coach/mentor, etc)
– Facilitate 6 and 12 month program experience to include onboarding/offboarding, info sessions, networking and professional development activities
– Partner with employer business resource groups (EBRG) to provide mentorship of talent and create community
– Raise awareness of early talent programs internally across divisions and externally, including social media
– Develop, monitor, and share dashboard on program progress and performance (including placements, conversions, and satisfaction)
– Collect, document, and share best practices internally and externally and learn from other corporate partners
– Leverage technology to optimize and streamline program management processes Comments/Special Instructions
– Strong project management, project management and organization skills – planning, organizing, scheduling, etc
– Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools
– Be a self-starter with high accountability and able to deliver results
– Confident in group facilitation
– Able to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritize effectively
– Able to collaborate and communicate within varied stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
– Able to thrive in complexity and ambiguity with minimal oversight and be flexible to adapting business conditions
– Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization (Pharma Experience not required)
– Prior experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives or early talent/college recruiting/veterans programs a plus
