Law firm located in Century City is seeking a Talent Engagement Lead to support their Recruiting Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement overall staff recruiting strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to discover requirements and specific job objectives
- Develop engaging job descriptions and select best venues for posting new positions
- Create high visibility campaigns on social media and career sites to source candidates
- Manage entire recruiting process including screening, coordination of interviews, salary negotiations, offer letters and onboarding
- Assist hiring team with best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure potential candidates move quickly and efficiently through the hiring process
- Assist the Director of Recruiting with various attorney recruiting projects and initiatives
- Attend job fairs and careers events
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- BA/BS
- Human Resource Certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PRC, etc.) highly desirable
- 2+ years proven success recruiting with Am Law 100/200 firms a plus
- Experience recruiting for professional services firms
- High level of familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc
