You have at least 2 -3 years of full cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in developing and deploying recruiting strategies for hard to fill high volume roles.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or comparable experiences.

This will be achieved through the development of local and regional recruiting plans, advancing our employment brand across numerous markets and professional communities, and employing traditional and innovative sourcing strategies and resources as well as implementing new creative recruiting ideas and best practices to attract and hire high-quality diverse talent.

The specialist will create, monitor, and utilize various analytics tools to report on staffing metrics and implement process improvement.

2-3 years of Full Life -Cycle Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in developing and deploying recruitment strategies for hard to fill high volume roles.Reside in the state of Oregon or Washington to be able to travel into our programs in the Oregon and Washington.

Competitive salary based upon your experiences What you will be doing: Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functions.

Acts as Talent Acquisition subject matter expert demonstrating expertise in industry trends, job knowledge, and ongoing organizational strategy to influence hiring decisions resulting in increased quality of hire.

Manages full life-cycle recruitment process from intake discussion through offer acceptance, while providing value-added guidance on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected for the right role at the right time.

Develops recruitment tactics using various cutting-edge sourcing techniques including identifying, developing, and activating active and passive candidate pipelines, leveraging technology, employee referrals, research, and social media/search engine channels, and other innovative channels to address senior and hard to fill positions.

Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

Researches, recommends, and executes new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process.

Provide ongoing updates to hiring managers and business leaders on pipeline development and progress of hiring initiatives.

Drive and manage an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Partner with hiring leaders and HR partners, and other decision makers when working through job offers.

Manage own recruitment dashboard to measure the overall effectiveness of recruitment tactics being utilized and provide report out on an ongoing basis to hiring leaders Partner with TA team members to learn and assist in coverage or additional resources in their assigned region.

Work on assigned project team(s) to support overall process improvements and innovative forward-thinking talent acquisition practices.
