Position: Recruiter

At myTOD, we don?t treat people like a product; we treat people the way we want to be treated: like people.

We believe in a purposeful partnership forged through unwavering commitment and excellent customer service, not commission-based incentives. With that goal in mind, we believe in disrupting the hiring process not by playing the odds in hopes of getting lucky with candidates but instead by taking great care to understand you and your needs and those of the talent.

We believe in embedding our people among customers to truly understand their values. Only by living and breathing their culture can we then be qualified to hire talents fit for that culture.

Additionally, we take an active role in onboarding our people so that we can lay the foundations for success for all. We treat resumes as only the beginning of a relationship, a window to a candidate?s skills. However, there is even more value in actively employing a human approach to understanding the ambitions and values of the unsatisfied 88% of new hires.

Not to mention, we are committed to putting 1% of our profits from day one to support the next generation. We believe that every person has a talent but know that some individuals do not have the start in life to maximize on this talent. For that reason, we invest in the communities in which we serve to fuel our business communities? future success.

Work with an organization committed to your long-term success, who places value in onboarding as much as in identifying the right talent.
