– $40 / hour (based on experience) Job Responsibilities: Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Assist with job posting and advertisement processes Screen applications and select qualified candidates Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience Must be confident and assertive Must be eager to learn and comfortable taking charge of the process Must be okay with only working 30 hour weeks when work slows down Must have excellent internet research and sourcing skills Interest in organizing job fairs and/or group interviews Able to stay organized while managing a high-volume requisition load Drive, tenacity, flexibility, and confidence are keys to success Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, integrity, and accuracy are required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Excellent customer service skills required Ability to engage, excite and close candidates a must Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
