Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-scale clinical recruiting based on our program needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to meet goals by developing and following an action plan Identify new and creative ways to source viable clients including directories, contact lists, database leads, internet resources, word of mouth, community contacts, school relationships, and personal networking Attend industry-related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge Build strong networks in your assigned territory, and embrace full responsibility and accountability for the company’s relationships with the therapist community, professional organizations, universities and influential industry contacts within that territory.

Work closely with program managers to fill program needs Regularly update ATS with information of potential candidates and new hires Provide coverage for fellow recruiters if out of office Other duties as assigned by the manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience preferred Previous sales/retail experience a plus Previous healthcare recruiting a plus Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage Personal and Sick Time Paid Holidays 401k with matching Long term/Short term disability Generous sign on bonus Employee Recognition Events and so much more
