We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Program Analyst who: Maintains multi-faceted programs for the system’s recruitment strategy and/or recruitment operations leadership team.

Ensures talent acquisition processes are tracked and monitored throughout the organization.

Determines and creates performance benchmarks and all associated metrics for reporting, analysis and action plans for improvement.

Uses discretion and autonomous decision making for budgetary utilization and resource allocation.

Develops training content (train the trainer) for systemwide leadership in the areas of recruitment, in addition to weekly mico-learning training content; facilitate as needed.

Essential Functions: Duties may include: executive onboarding and engagement with executive leadership, social media content calendar creation for talent acquisition, managing external vendor relationships, advertising budget utilization and allocation, candidate database administration, marketing collateral creation and communication strategy, report creation and analysis, etc.

Develops system-wide training content for leaders and creates weekly system-wide ongoing training for talent acquisition team.

Designs, creates, interprets and delivers system-wide Talent Acquisition reporting metrics.

Responsible for monitoring performance metrics of system-wide operations and analyzes key insights through executive reporting.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You’ll be successful with the following qualifications: Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Work Experience: Three years relevant experience: Preferred Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
