Job Details AFC Logistics is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator that thrives working in a start-up environment where things move fast – just like the supply chain world This is a critical role that will help AFC grow, and help identify and attract qualified talent within the logistics space.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is ultimately responsible for communicating our passion for our business and service offerings, and understanding and articulating the company’s value proposition and ultimately how each associate plays a role in our success The successful candidate will love leveraging social media and other information technology platforms to drive the talent acquisition process -Develops and builds relationships with hiring managers, third-party staffing agencies, and universities to increase visibility in the employment market to attract qualified talent.

-Develops creative recruitment sourcing strategies and proactively builds a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles.

-Handles offer letter process to include salary, commission, offer letter generation and acceptance and ultimate collaboration with internal stakeholders, to ensure a positive on
– boarding experience -The role requires individual responses, providing timely, fast paced, high level customer service throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process.

-Responsible for managing applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, and candidate disposition/referral tracking.

Qualifications Bachelors or equivalent related work experience; 1-2 years of experience recruitment experience; prior transportation, supply chain, and or logistics experience preferred.

High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment and dynamic environment a plus
