ITAC Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a great company in the Huntsville area.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position): Develop and oversee the full cycle talent acquisition processes Partner with various departments to combine recruiting efforts with sales and marketing strategies Spearhead the process of recruiting talented professionals for various operation positions Provide support for planning and implementation of recruiting initiatives and programs Utilize multiple recruiting methods including social media, job posting websites, and company talent acquisition software Collect and present recruiting metrics and market trends Maintain and effectively utilize the recruiting budget Build and maintain relationships with vendors such as employment screening and more Ensure compliance with company practices as well as Federal and State laws Responsible for additional duties as assigned What you’ll need to be considered (requirements): Experience with an Applicant Tracking System 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience Knowledge and experience in using job boards for sourcing candidates Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Highly organized, detail-orientated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills
