Overview: As the primary point of contact for our candidates, you will serve as our first impression brand ambassador Provide administrative support to the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality candidate and client experience.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating interviews virtually and onsite, continuous candidate follow-up, and the coordination of university and community outreach event coordination.
This person will maintain a digital library of talent attraction materials, manage job postings and provide support to A-dec Recruiting Team and Leaders during recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to the Recruiting Team by monitoring requisition workflow in ATS, job postings, talent report preparation, facilitating pre-employment screening requirements, act as a point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, and schedules team meetings and/or interviews.Assists with the coordination of complex calendars for on-site interview logistics for internal and external candidates.Effectively communicate the requisition and recruitment process to leaders and candidates.Maintains candidate profiles, perform data entry in ATS, and communicates personnel change notifications (transfer, promotions, shift changes) with team members.
Maintains data integrity by ensuring all data is accurate and entered timely.Administer recruiting efforts for seasonal employment programs (MECOP Program, Interns, Summer Temps).Plan for and assist with various outreach events (e.g.
career fairs).Responsible for documenting new and/or improved internal processes and procedures, innovate and develop processes as needed.Act as ATS subject matter expert for External contacts (candidates); may assist in the design and facilitation of system and process training.Promote job openings, share company updates, and respond to reviews on third party resources (e.g.
Glassdoor, Indeed) Assist Manager with special projects as needed.
Qualifications: Typically requires 2-3 years of recruiting administrative experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education.Ability to display high degree of judgment, discretion and confidentiality.Must have excellent interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication, along with strong attention to detail and a high level of customer focus, utilizing effective communication methods.Ability to work in a team environment and work independently with limited direction at times.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and ATSMust also have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, troubleshoot problems and exercise good judgement when necessary.Must have strong organizational skills, be highly process oriented, ability to interpret policy and practices.Knowledge of and/or experience with SharePoint and social media websites preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software.General knowledge of Human Resources practices and laws.Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday; this is not a remote position.
