Talent Acquisition Assistant (Remote) We are hospitals and affiliated medical groups, working closely together for the benefit of every person who comes to us for care. Under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Assistant performs routine daily clerical tasks to assist the talent acquisition team. Job Responsibilities/Duties Assist in creating recruitment related reports as assigned. Assist in the coordination of the applicant assessment and reference process. Assist in tracking PAF completions. Assist in other clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum Experience: One (1) year of clerical experience required. Previous HR experience required. Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel required. One (1) year of healthcare experience. Req.
