If you are interested in joining the Allyon Team, please apply or submit your resume for review today Job Title: Systems Administrator V Primary function is to: Design, configure, integrate, and support administration support for equipment, servers, and appliances for C5ISR Center Defensive Cyber Solutions Branch (DCBS) Cyber Operations (DCO) programPrimary Functions:Contribute to design of existing and future infrastructure/platformsTroubleshoot systems and infrastructureInteract with software developers and other support teams1st point of contact for support and maintenance of Mac equipment, developing procedures to ensure team has skills to support MacsProvide day-to-day general technical support to staff and teamsLiaison with the SBNAB teams, develop and maintain Mac Software images, manage deployment, perform changes and updates as necessaryRoutine maintenance of equipment including cleaning and consumable replacement1st line repairs to equipment where possible, coordinating appropriate maintenance or repair in liaison with the Help Desk.Assist PITT Team Lead keeping logs of faults, serial numbers, movement, and software licensing information.Produce documentation to enable ease of use of systems.Assist with supply accountability control of equipment and consumable items.Assist in the evaluation of hardware and software applications.Other duties as required, commensurate to skills, experience, and grade.Coordinate with local change and control boards and provide installation, configuration, engineering,administration, and accreditation documents/diagrams for the infrastructure life cycle replacements upgrades, enhancements, and new technology deploymentsCreate and update infrastructure and rack elevation diagramsMonitor, organize and work collaboratively in a technological environment to support an established collaborative work environmentLead systems engineering efforts for new system development efforts or critical system enhancements and patches engineering and configuration management processesActively mentor junior system administrator personnel and reinforce adoption of best practicesDevelops functional requirements through interaction with end-users and coordinates with support teams on systematic enhancements or changesIdentify and offer solutions to gaps in capabilities and visibilityPromote and drive research and implementation of automation and process efficiencies Minimum Requirements: Candidate must possess an active DoD Secret with eligibility for a TS OR an active TS/SCI, or a Top-Secret clearance with a current SSBI, and be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience OR Master’s with 10 years of prior relevant experience (4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).DoD 8570 IAT level II or higher certification prior to startingSignificant knowledge of computer security principles and DoD security protocolsDemonstrated knowledge of security policies and general vulnerabilities managementExperience and familiarity with change control processesWhat we Offer:Competitive pay and benefits401k eligibility after 6 months of employmentHow to Apply: Please submit your resume below for this opportunity and to view other positions available, visit our careers page at Allyon, Inc.
