This will be supporting the VP of technology The selected candidate will have knowledge of Windows 365, OKTA experience and Slack.
AWS and Salesforce would be big wins.
You should have the ability to learn and trouble shoot out of the box solutions that they use for their call center.
The call center support experience would probably be helpful.
They use Five9, Salesforce, OKTA for single sign on to our apps, Slack, Box, Domo for analytics, Asana and several others.
They enjoy helping small businesses grow!
