We seek a System Administrator – MSP (Level 2) to join the Managed Services team to onboard new small to mid-size companies to the Cloud.
The System Administrator – MSP (Level 2) will spend some of their time visiting local SMB client sites to perform network assessments and provide hands-on IT migration and deployment of servers and networks..
The System Administrator – MSP (Level 2) will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing new SMB clients with project deployments and migrations to Cloud technologies.
The System Administrator – MSP (Level 2) will make heavy use of MS Office 365 and MS Azure and work hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers.
The System Administrator – MSP (Level 2) candidate will be responsible for escalation support and administrating cloud technologies..
System Administrator – MSP (Level 2) Experience:.
Recommend solutions and services to C-levels.
2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED.
Understand and support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications.
Migration experience / Hybrid Cloud and on-prem.
Knowledge of (AD, O365, Azure) and Network support (Switches, routers, firewalls).
Configure and install various computer and Windows servers.
Knowledgeable in Hyper-V / VMWare.
Knowledgeable in network and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.).
User account maintenance.
SharePoint and Teams experience.
Windows 10 OS and MAC OS experience.
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer.
$60k – $75k.
PTO/Sick/Holiday.
