System Administrator I, CRM

Huge opportunity with major OEM The System Administrator will be responsible for the design, development, administration, and support of the Customer Care System (Oracle) to improve KPIs for the Parts Helpdesk that supports the Parts business.

Will work closely with dealers, as well as other parties and internal departments to ensure dealers’ expectations are met.

Key Accountabilities: Works with stakeholders to understand and define requirements, designs modifications and develops solutions within CRM construct Designs and configures data elements and workflows for automated functionality within the CRM Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions to key stakeholders Creates and maintains Knowledgebase (KB), custom dashboards and reports for management Perform ancillary duties as requested by management Key Performance Indicators: Responsible for KB article workflow – analyzing – investigating proposed articles, creating new articles, copying from existing, obtaining necessary approvals, and publishing.

Editing text for technical clarity and accuracy.

Verifying own knowledge supplemented by research and consultation with other SME’s.

Organize technical information already gathered for inclusion in the KB.

Responsible for the completion of knowledge updates within specified times.

Analyze metrics and user feedback to make improvements to the KB.

Maintain effective working relationships with SME’s., technical experts, and other personnel across the organization.

Creating and/or updating KB policies and procedures.

Working with management to ensure key functionalities are understood.

Provisioning new users, providing system training and customization.

Provides periodic training to users on features and functionalities.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Manages deployments across environments ensuring data integrity throughout the process.

Collaborates with end-users, clients, vendors and partners to create value and efficiency within system.

Major Challenges: Employee is expected to maintain a pro-active vision towards the department objectives of accurate and timely parts information by reviewing all catalog data frequently, familiarizing themselves with parts bulletin information, reviewing product specification, and communication with staff members to improve parts information and / or other parts related process.

Dealer Support Coordinator will support the Part Information Analyst in researching, discovering, and communicating corrections to Part Information issues. Support and investigation will be performed in many ways; review current and past parts catalog information, review parts tech database, physical inspection of like vehicles, physical inspection of PDC inventory, and communication with QA / Service department.

Employee is expected to resolve dealership issues through fair and reasonable decision that have little or no financial impact to OEM or dealers.

Reasonable decisions must be made in accordance with established parts policies and procedures.

Education Requirements: Bachelors Computer Science or related field and/or years of experience equivalent Experience: 0-2 years Preferred Oracle Service Cloud and/or Salesforce platforms Experience coding in PHP, HTML, and Java Script is a big plus Technical writing skills Familiar with Rightnow CMS systems or similar .NET CMS system a plus ERP Experience a plus Parts operations or wholesale distribution experience a plus Strong customer service experience needed Skills: Reasoning Ability Basic computer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
