JOB SUMMARY The System Administrator will be responsible for working with the Security and Development teams to monitor and maintain the operation and efficiency of Adrenaline’s enterprise technical infrastructure.
This will include configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining of both internal and customer facing server and network infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO Ensure optimal systems and application performance of servers Test and deploy application and operating system updates and patches Manage server and network hardware lifecycle Manage enterprise backup program including monitoring, maintenance and validation of server and workstation backups Management of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Manage user account access and permissions Ensure timely offboarding of user accounts in the event of a departure.
Manage server shares and maintain data integrity Manage Office 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online Provide escalation for end user support Maintain systems documentation and knowledge base Management and support of hosted PBX system Hardware specification and purchasing Research and implementing updates or upgrades to existing server, application and service infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows and Apple workstation management and support.
Minimum of 3 years experience with both Windows and Unix server platforms, specifically RHEL and CentOS Experience in Office 365 administration Strong knowledge of corporate network technologies, DNS, DHCP, RDP, VPN and Cisco switching Strong Knowledge of both Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Strong Customer Service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
