Motion Picture Industry Pension Health Plans (MPI) has an exciting opportunity for an individual with deep knowledge in Medecision Aerial as a Medecision Aerial AdministratorAnalyst. In this key role you would have an opportunity to positively impact the organization and those we serve, through the administration, maintenance, configuration, enhancements, critical updates, and support of MPIrsquos Narrow Network application, Medecision Aerial. Qualifications Bachelorrsquos degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 yearsrsquo experience with Medecision Aerial highly preferred Advanced knowledge of Medecision Aerial and its integration across an organization is preferred Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Access is a plus The ability to generate reports, dashboards, and monitor population health metrics as related to Medecision Aerial and user performance Excellent understanding of narrow network business processes and procedures Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Strong organization and time management skill The ability for minimal travel to various provider locations for training and or technical support within the greater Los Angeles area Excellent attendance and reliability, with the ability to work overtimeextended hours as required for technical support Your responsibilities would include Optimize use of the Medecision Aerial application through Continual evaluation of new features to determine their viability and compatibility Customization of the application Performing minor updates to data andor configuration, as well as business-owned processes Establish partnerships with various departments to monitor its impact, ensure it is effectively meeting their needs, and that they are properly trained on the tool Coordinate with the IT department to Develop, implement, and execute scheduled releaseupdate cycles Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive testing and remediation strategies for releases and updates Develop an emergency releaseupdate plan Advise internal stakeholders on the use and interpretation of integrated data and functional capabilities Act as technical support, resource, and advocate for the system within the organization and the outside provider community Submissions will be reviewed only candidates most closely matching the requirements of the position will be contacted.
