SVP Production Management

Company’s SVOD team is seeking an experienced executive to serve as SVP of Production Management focused on

managing our series/film slate of original, Spanish-language content.

This role will ultimately lead and build innovative digital experiences that empower and entertain our diverse audiences.

Responsibilities include budget oversight and implementation of best practices from pre-production through delivery.  The position will work closely with our internal creative and digital/streaming finance teams along with our content producers to ensure efficient delivery.

A successful candidate will be proactive and relentless, entrepreneurial, flexible, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
Works with internal business functions and external production teams on establishing key production schedules and workflows and optimizing budgets Works with Partners to prepare and vet show budgets and schedules, providing feedback internally and externally on viability and risks and help ensure that productions meet deadlines and stay within budget Maintains neutral oversight and provides support as issues arise throughout production and establishing an open dialogue with external production partners Oversees and communicates with internal/external teams for production scheduling Defines and implements key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the division and facilitates measurement of those objectives, reporting results to the executive team
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated creative experience of 15+ years having worked with medium/high budget studio and/or major production company, as well as network series and films Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead both internal teams and external partners Ability to handle a fast-paced environment supervising several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery) Team-player who drives innovation and thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Spanish-language content Strong relationship-building ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish Has knowledge of and actively consumes Company content, a plus!

Must be willing to work from Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL or New York, NY Employment/education will be verified Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
