The Supply Planner is responsible for maintaining planning activities related to order fulfillment across North America, he/she will play a key partnership role in Supply Chain, partnering with the distribution centers to optimize the footprint, forecast requirements & ensure on time order fulfillment.

About the position:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced supply planner to join our team.

As a supply planner, you will be working directly under the supply planning manager where you will keep track of inventory, anticipate demand, and maintain replenishment of inventory to ensure production and distribution continuity

A key team member of the Supply Chain department tasked to assist with process improvement to reduce and eliminate any materials shortages preventing orders fulfillment.

This role partners with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Purchasing and Distribution centers to improve materials flow across the distribution network through to the final customer and assist the current efforts to optimize the distribution footprint in North America.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all Un-Released Requisitions are moved to the Released stage Helps to manage Inventory Replenishment Process (Min/Max, ROP, EOQ, etc.

knowledge) Counting and tracking inventory across multiple locations Assists Purchasing, Sourcing and Logistics teams to streamline a more sustainable supply chain Creates inventory reports and presents suggestions to the supply planning manager Closely monitors End of Life (EOL) and Last Time Buys (LTB) resolution management Ensures the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials Assists maintaining Pricing, MOQ & LT (ERP Item Master and Negotiation) Supports the Sourcing Management team strategic initiatives Suggests changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand Ensure accuracy of ERP parameters through periodic updates and monitoring the changes in ways of working.
