Dr.
Squatch is seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our rapidly growing fulfillment team.
This person loves crunching numbers via Excel, has an interest in e-com, understands e-com fulfillment and small parcel movement, enjoys building models, reconciling invoices, and can provide insights that help drive the future of the fulfillment team.
This role will support the fulfillment team and overall operations team by providing real-time analysis to drive real-time changes.

Squatch is aiming to build a world-class fulfillment operation and a top-tier analyst plays a vital role in this development.
This role will report to our Director of Fulfillment.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina Del Rey, CA.
Problems You’ll Solve:
Reconcile invoices from 3PL, small parcel carriers, logistics companies, suppliers, etc to make sure that costs are in line with budget.
Routinely run scenarios/financial models to determine what the margin impact will be.
Continuously look for opportunities to reduce expenses without negatively impacting CX.
Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for fulfillment-related activities.
Track DOD, WOW, MOM, and YOY changes.
Create financial forecasts for the fulfillment team.
Track performance of 3PL and carriers to ensure that orders are being picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with contractual SLAs.
Vendor management and order tracking.
Translate data into easily digestible insights and reports.
Lead weekly meetings that pertain to fulfillment costs, fulfillment margins, and 3PL/carrier performance.
Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment team as well as Supply Chain, Strategic Ops, and other Operations teams.
Other duties as assigned.
Rare travel to 3PL may be required.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of analyst or strategic ops experience in an e-com and/or fulfillment environment.
Experience with or knowledge of high-volume order fulfillment via small-parcel carriers that are national, regional, and international.
Examples: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Ecom, DHL Express, Lasership, Axelhire, etc.
An understanding of 3PL and shipping SLAs and KPIs.
Up to date in the ever-evolving world of fulfillment and logistics (new carriers, methods, expense reduction opportunities, etc).
Experience with Business Intelligence or Business Visualization tools.
Preferably Looker.
Experience with e-com platforms, OMS, IMS, ERP.
Preferably NetSuite and Shopify.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
A clear understanding of invoices and reconciliation best practices.
Comfortable with working closely with the finance team.
Excellent communication skills.
Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and eCommerce.
Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred.
