Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst for our Operations Team.

All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

The Challenge

As a member of our Operations Team, you will ensure that we can sell everything we have in inventory. And, you’ll help our Marketing Team find opportunities to run promotions on products where we have substantial inventory. This is a role that straddles both Marketing and Operations and you’ll be the key point of contact between both teams. Every day will bring new challenges and require cross-functional collaboration to solve problems like improving forecasting, inventory accuracy and demand planning all of which enabling our team to keep customers happy.

Our Operations team is on the frontline of that customer experience, working to ensure that each candle, bath bomb and body scrub is perfect and reaches customers as quickly as possible.

The Skillset

2+ years of inventory control/analysis experience
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
Strong ability to learn quickly about operational systems, technologies, and processes to make intelligent business decisions
Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Within 1 Month You Will

Own daily communications between Marketing and Operations teams to keep marketing up to speed with what inventory we have and can sell and what finished goods are on the way
Be comfortable using our inventory management software Fishbowl
Work to create and define custom solutions to simplify or resolve day to day inventory issues

Within 3 Months You Will

Build metrics and dashboards to monitor our inventory accuracy
Be a key partner in forecasting sales trends and advertising strategies to purchase and maintain appropriate target inventory levels
Eliminate inventory issues by supporting inventory personnel in day to day system issues and training inventory personnel on a regular basis
