Job Description We are seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor And Support Staff to join our team As a counselor, you will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans for clients in an individual or group setting. As a support staff you will provide office assistance to counselors and patient playing office support staff roles as receptionist and an opportunity to become a counselor. Responsibilities: Counsel individuals or groups with substance abuse problems Develop and implement individual treatment plans Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients Prepare progress notes, reports, and letters for relevant parties Educate families and groups on substance abuse treatments and prevention programs Facilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionals Qualifications: Counselors $18.00 to $26.00 (per hour) Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields Experience in conflict resolution Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer Literate Bilingual a plus Staff Support: $14.00 to $17.00 (per hour) . High School graduate . Bilingual is a plus .
