Subrogation AttorneyPosition Description:As an attorney with the Automobile Club’s Staff Counsel, the candidate will handle a subrogation case load throughout the State of California.
Specific duties will include investigating, negotiating and litigating subrogation claims for the Interinsurance Exchange’s Subrogation Unit.
The candidate may also handle Med Pay Trust reimbursement cases.Job Requirements:Admission to the California State Bar.
Must have some prior subrogation and litigation experience.
Must be able to demonstrate effective oral and written advocacy skills and negotiation tactics.
