Summary:
This position is responsible for Daily department activities include Onboarding New subcontractor companies and Re-Contracting legacy companies into the ADT Commercial, Master Subcontract Agreement. Support the COI and License, Audit and Renewal Processes.
This position exist because of the need to effectively manage the multi-facitated functions and responsibilities of the Subcontractor Compliance Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sending out Subcontractor Onboarding Packages within 24 hours of receipt of the request to onboarda new company. Answer perspective subcontractor onboardingquestions and address their concerns during the onboarding process. Send out reminders and track the timely return of the requested information. Reviews Subcontractor’s information for compliance with company requirements, prepare the Master Subcontract Agreement and send it to the subcotractor for review and signature. Work with the Department Manager, Department Supervisor, Risk Management Department, and Legal Department to address proposed revisions to the master Agreement or Insurance Waivers. The Subcontract Labor Analysts is the primary point of contact during the Onboarding or Re-Contracting process. Prepares the necessary accounting documents and sends the onboarding package to Accounts Payable Department to have new Subcontractors set up in Oracle. Adds companies and technicians to the MasterMind Systems.
- Support field Operations by responding to the daily requests for subcontractor information and issue resolution, (Oracle Status, Past Due Invoices, One Time Project Agreements, and Emergencies
- Performs quality control checks of completed work packages to ensure accuracy and uniform application of prescribed procedures..
- Supports the Department Manager and Supervisor with special assignments and priorities.
