Strategy&Business Analytics Head-Kids Education-US

1. Conduct continuous and in-depth market, competitor and consumer research on the kids education industry in North America to formulate strategic decisions.
2. Develop short- and long-term strategy, business model, business case and partnership plan for North America kids education product pipeline, considering both organic and inorganic growth.
3. Help build the North America team from scratch, starting from strategy and business analytics functions, to potentially product, content, operation teams later.
1. Bachelor degree or above, 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, EdTech and/or kids/K12 education industry.
2. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills; try to understand the root cause of everything.
3. Very curious and creative; can always think out of the box.
4. Comfortable with ambiguity, have strong entrepreneurial and team spirit, able to recruit, develop and lead a top performing team.
5. High work ethics: humble, open, striving for quality, and comfortable with high intensity.
Note: Location flexible – LA, SF, Mountainview, NYC, etc.
