What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a Strategist who has an innate curiosity in cross-industry trends, who can synthesize insights, has strong writing skills, and has a point of view. The Strategist is an expert at managing projects from start to finish and plays a strong consultative role with key clients. This person will internally lead the charge on projects and is responsible for day-to-day project management with an eye toward anticipating needs and next steps. With direction from the project manager, you’ll lead meetings with clients, present findings, and assist in drafting proposals.
We’re looking for candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience who have a collaborative nature, strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Manage consulting projects from initial meetings through report delivery
- Analyze sources/data and creates the “story” of reports with minimal direction
- Conceptualize slides and collaborates with the Design Team
- Acts as mentor for associate strategists and interns
- Create timelines and manages toward them
- Draft reports/deliverables, with direction from the team leadership
- If expert interviews are in scope, moderates IDIs
- Manage and communicate with vendors, coordinating outsourced work when necessary
- Communicate regularly with team members and clients to ensure timely progress
