Now Hiring Strategist (Full-Time / Los Angeles, CA) ROSEWOOD is looking for an innovative and analytical Strategist who is on the edge of what?s happening in culture and advertising.

The ideal candidate lives for dissecting the essence of a community to uncover new, actionable insights, and working with a fast-paced collaborative Team to develop creative strategies across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities * Develop a deep understanding of client social initiatives and provide strategies that best meet, optimize and add value to current or future plans.* Drive strong conceptual and strategic direction and clearly present those ideas to the team and the client.* Identify and leverage insights to develop best in class multi-platform social media strategies.* Work together with client and internal teams to develop and ensure that all initiatives stay true to the strategic vision and voice across channels.* Serve as the expert on social platform consumer behavior, trends and best practices to build innovative content and strategies delivering across client needs, consumer behaviors and expectations.* Guide our clients towards bold and innovative solutions.* Partner with creative, production and brand team leads to develop and execute best-in-class brand strategies and social marketing campaigns.* Uncover opportunities for new projects/campaigns across existing clients.* Oversee the creation of detailed, yet simple presentations that tell compelling stories.* Ensure opportunities, wins, and key insights are communicated in a timely manner throughout a campaign.* Keep the team up to date as to the absolute latest trends, changes and platform developments in social media.

Requirements Qualifications * 3-5 years of digital strategy, social media management and advertising experience required (brand or agency).* Bachelor?s degree or equivalent preferred.* Passion and energy for social media and a deep and thorough knowledge and expertise.* Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.* Excellent writing skills and understanding of effective and compelling communication for each social platform.* Experience with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and other measurement tools to develop insights and research reports.* Keynote fluency.* Strong knowledge in how brands engage in today?s social universe.* The ability to steer an existing strategy towards ever-shifting goals.* Superior written and verbal communication skills.* Familiarity with emerging digital trends and technologies.* Experience with social ad management (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram) is a bonus.
