Strategic Partner Development, Digital Native Publishers

Facebook is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Development (Entertainment) individual to identify, create, develop and manage relationships with key digital entertainment publisher partners to drive product adoption and partner value.

In addition to partnering directly with digital native studios, a large part of the role will also be collaborating with our various internal product and business teams.

The Digital Publishers team collaborates with some of the world’s most exciting companies and start-ups.

  • Manage the strategy, implementation and optimization of Facebook’s strategic partnerships
  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Identify and manage emerging partners
  • Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with Facebook’s key partners
  • Proactively resolve business issues with partner
  • Be an internal advocate for the partners
  • Build and manage scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of the Facebook Platform

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years experience, including 4+ years of related partner or product experience
  • Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
  • Communication and presentation experience
  • Proven experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
  • Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years experience, including 4+ years of related partner or product experience
  • Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
