COMPETENCIES:Customer focusDrive for resultsTeam playerTime managementPersonal credibilityTHE RESPONSIBILITIES:Organize the stock room, and ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement and cleanliness are maintainedMaintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of both the front and back of housePartner with entire team to execute open + close checklist, shipments, DOR’s and overall store standardsCheck merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy prior to receiving into inventory, verifying that quantities received match bills of lading, purchase orders, and other documentsPrep new product for the sales floor, and back stock according to policy and procedureEnsure all product is displayed on the sales floor, steamed, and tagged appropriatelyPick, process, and pack omni ordersComplete daily charge sends in full – pulling product off sales floor, check quality, transferring out of inventory via mobile POS, package, and shipDecrease store shrink by researching inventory discrepancies and reporting suspicious activity to managementMaintain ongoing and proactive communication with management about new arrivals, delivery delays, and quality controlPartner with Store Manager to identify repair and maintenance needs in the storeRemain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your roleActively support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion InitiativesREQUIREMENTS: Ability to wear face mask throughout shift to protect yourself and others around youAbility to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 50 pounds as neededContinuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customersAbility to occasionally climb ladders as neededAbility to work daily with telephone, POS and computer equipmentAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
