- Drive core financial processes including month end close, Annual Operating and Financial Plan, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
- Provide insightful financial and operating results and metrics to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making
- For our professional service lines of business, develop and maintain unit economics framework, custom financial models, pricing models, and profit and loss statements.
- Analyze pricing history and workforce utilization to correctly determine accuracy of pricing models.
- Complete complex business modeling and analysis to promote growth and cost efficiency across business and product lines. Manage and drive efficiencies in company’s cost base through analysis of key expense drivers
- Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key data is timely and accurate
- In partnership with Ops leader, identify and lead initiatives to improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, or methodologies
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
- Uphold consistent standards across all deliverables for ease of use, transferability, and sustainability
- Support company Controller as needed
Qualifications Preferred
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
- 1+ years of financial analyst experience
- Hard working attitude and open to a startup feel
