You will receive requests for home care services from clients/coordinator and schedules or reschedules Care Partners (Caregivers) as necessary.
As the Staffing Coordinator, you will confirm and verify schedules with clients and Care Partners and verifies that all home care visits are made while maintaining schedules in the system.Staffing Coordinator duties also include:Receives requests for home care services and schedules/reschedules Care Partners as necessary.Gathers all necessary case information from callerChecks Care Partner availability in ContinuLinkSchedule/reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability and calls client to confirm care scheduleConfirms Care Partner availability and understanding of the caseResponsible for entering and maintaining schedules in ContinueLink system.Maintains all client information/changes daily Qualifications: Who You AreHold a High School Diploma or equivalentHave one year home care experience, human resources, community service and/or supervisory experienceScheduling experience in the staffing industry preferredAbility to communicate effectively with internal/external customersStrong computer skills including experience with MS Office, including OutlookDetail oriented with impeccable follow-up skillsThank you for your interest in AccentCare We will review your information and reach out if your qualifications are a match for the Staffing Coordinator home care position
