Aberdeen Health and Rehab, a 75-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Aberdeen, SD, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team.
Staffing Coordinators are highly collaborative, detail oriented, possess exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask.
CURRENT NEEDS: Full Time, M-F Job Summary: As a Staffing Coordinator supporting the nursing department, you will prepare, adjust, and maintain schedules.
You will be responsible for managing time records, time off requests, and provide reports/data, as needed, in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Nursing and state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications: Prior administrative experience, such as scheduling, is beneficial for this role .
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and team members.
