Being a Staff Appraiser includes completing non-complex to highly complex residential property appraisal reports for 1
– 4 family residential real estate properties in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines and federal and state appraisal laws ensuring exceptional quality and credibility of appraisal theory and methodology governing residential real property.
The candidate must be comfortable with working independently and able to triage escalated deliverables and deadlines for a cascade of appraisal products from hybrid appraisals, standard appraisal products, desk reviews and field reviews.

Requirements
State Licensed, Certified Residential or Certified General in good standing (Appraisal) FHA/HUD approved appraiser preferred Premium incentives for having the ability to supervise 1-3 Appraiser Trainees within a specified geographic area through field work, coaching, and reviews Ability to act independently and consistently make appropriate decisions with minimal guidance and oversight Knowledgeable of properties and market factors within the geographic area of competency Independently handles all aspects of the job well within a defined territory Attention to detail for all clientele and company standards Working knowledge of computer software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Appraisal Trainee’s who recently got licensed or will be in the near future are encouraged to apply
