Overview: JOB TITLE: Sr.

Purchasing Agent for PODs FLSA Exempt Primary Function The Sr.

Purchasing Agent for PODs is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies across PODs category (pre-assembled modular sections of an apartment (Kitchen, AC/DW, Bathroom), lead the implementation of corporate initiatives, and create and/or identify cost savings projects with business units.Ensure that Resia and its business units are supplied with the materials, equipment, and services required to function optimally, including ensuring compliance with the corporate guidelines, policies, and approved internal controls.

Responsibilities: Defines the strategy and vision of POD category and related programs ensuring strategic alignment and business support functions, accountable for building strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Achieve and maintain alignment with associated business units on short and long-term strategic initiatives.Create and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for POD category.Send out bid packages, obtain and review competitive bids, quotes and proposals from qualified suppliers and contractors.Source and qualify new suppliers for POD category and gather all documents needed such as pre-qualification form, NDA, master agreement.Negotiate terms and conditions, and agreements for the purchase of goods and services.Create purchase orders, sub agreements and exhibits.

Also create scope of work and checklist to support decisions for POD category.Negotiate master agreement with qualified suppliers and create catalogs (unit price agreements for specific period) for each category.Support the procurement team with new materials/services cost and scope of work analyses.Conduct and lead tasks to develop new solutions for specific categories.Oversee and support Purchasing Agents activities for PODs spend.

Qualifications: Minimum of five years’ work experience procurement.Direct categories procurement experience required (e.g.

MEPs)Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or managementMust have good interpersonal and teamwork skills, desire to learn, ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge and Skills Excellent communication skills, with ability to express ideas clearly and objectively, orally and in writing.

Excellent analytical, multi-task working on different categories and projects, detail and process oriented.Ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions, negotiate, and complete projects with minimal direction.Strong time and project management, prioritization and organizational skillsShould be proficient with computer applications as required to perform responsibilities, Excel (Advanced required), SAP, Coupa, Monday.com.Skills to lead innovation projects and categories improvements (desirable)Some IT Knowledge to be able to support/perform IT negotiations and decisions (Desirable)Bilingual: Proficient in English and preferably
