The yearly compensation range for this role is: Minimum
– $116,000 to Maximum
– $136,000.

The successful candidate will be offered a yearly compensation that aligns with their individual skills and experience as it directly relates to the position requirements.

Peraton is seeking a skilled Contact Center Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in designing and develop solutions to Cisco UCCE applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.

Perform systems management and integration functions.

Experience and knowledge of UCCE (Linux).

May analyze or recommend commercially available software.

Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to develop compelling value for both Peraton and our client.
Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware
Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline and 9 years of experience, OR Master’s degree and 7 years of experience, OR 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 6 years of experience with Cisco CCDP, CCNP, CCVP, and CCIE
Minimum of 6 years of experience with:
Designing, configuring, and/or maintaining Cisco Unified Communications and Cisco Contact Center solutions
Hands on knowledge in the implementation, design, and/or maintenance of converged networks leveraging Microsoft and Cisco technologies
Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Cisco Unity, Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence / Cisco Jabber
Cisco UCCE/UCCX, Contact Center Scripting
Minimum of 4 years of experience with VMware and Cisco Unified Computing System
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.
Must be a US Citizen

Must be able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, to include senior management and operations personnel
