Job SummaryAECOM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Paralegal to join our corporate legal team.
This position will be primarily focused on ensuring the company’s compliance with professional licensing requirements across the United States and supporting the compliance program of the AECOM Capital business segment.

– driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree plus at least 2 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience at a firm and/or corporation or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationExperience with computer systems: MS Office and legal entity data platforms (CT, CSC) requiredPreferred Qualifications4 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of, and experience with, state professional licensing practices (contractors, architectural, and engineering) or similar licensing experienceKnowledge of, and experience with, compliance obligations of registered investment advisers under Investment Advisers Act of 1940Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experienceAdditional Information:Due to the remote nature of this position, relocation assistance is not availableSponsorship for US work authorization is not available for this positionOffered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
