Yes, we’re a bank, but as the bank for a changing world, we are continually seeking to improve the ways we help our customers, while contributing to more sustainable and equitable growth.**Job Description Summary**As an independent contributor, the focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates and provide solutions to both tactical and strategic needs.

This role works with Process Owners and Process Managers across Commercial Loan Operations to 1) document process and data flows utilizing six sigma tools and methodologies 2) partner to identify and drive process improvements/transformations and 3) teach line managers and supervisors six sigma/lean process thinking and skills.

Position will develop both written and visual depictions of project requirements and process flows.

Works on moderately complex to complex issues and projects and processes.**Essential Job Functions**+ Responsible for documenting and maintaining process and data flows utilizing six sigma tools and methodologies+ Partner with process owners and process managers to identify and drive process improvements in highly complex and risk areas to maximize efficiency, quality and customer experience+ Derive solutions from an end-to-end perspective, often extending to upstream and downstream businesses and applications.+ Create, manage and maintain process hierarchy including alignment with Enterprise and Group methodologies+ Support the spread, education and leverage of six sigma methodologies and thinking across operations line managers and supervisors+ Reviews, analyzes and makes recommendations to the design and implementation of operational activities+ Identify required data elements, and create source-to-target mappings (including business logic) for data transformations.+ Develops data quality metrics/ standards that identify gaps and ensure compliance with standards across the enterprise.+ Solicit, understand, and document the business requirements, processes and workflows+ Communicates and interprets operations performance, quality standards and goals+ Monitors and adjusts the daily workflow to ensure that operational commitments are met.+ Formulates, plans, and organizes new projects that will enhance the bank’s customer service capabilities; reduce cost and risk; and contribute to the bank’s cost savings initiatives.+ May review and revise service agreements both internally and externally.
