Sr. Integration Analyst

The Sr. Integration Analyst – Information Technology Integration works for the Information Technology organization of PMH. The Sr. Integration Analyst is responsible for coordinating and reporting on all financial aspects of enterprise-wide capital projects and IT initiatives to align with enterprise programs and business objectives, ensuring that finance and operations are properly aligned, integrated and supportive of business objectives and operations. The Sr. Integration Analyst is accountable for supporting the IT Integration team as well as the corporate capital management teams.

This role will be directly responsible for coordinating between the business units and various IT areas at regional and national levels. He/she supports IT Integration in coordinating with all IT leaders across the enterprise to assure that related IT initiatives are being effectively developed, implemented, funded, financially managed, executed and aligned to business and operational objectives.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

  • Be part of a team of business operation integrator, professional finance analysts and liaise with other national and regional leaders to oversee enterprise-wide, including IT, capital budget of +/- $100M annually.
  • Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement and cost reductions
  • Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the IT Shared Services improve and create new measures for site productivity
  • Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
  • Proven ability to business partner, manage competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected events
  • Assist the vendor master owner to add/edit vendors request into the ERP (Oracle), including validating completeness of vendor information submitted, i.e. supplier contacts and Bank information’s, address and any special instructions
  • Coordinate the process to request CIP accounts set up in the GL (Oracle) for all approved CERs once approved in the contract management tool (APTTUS)
  • Responsible in preparation of a monthly report for all approved capital budgets and CERs to finance leadership
  • Responsible for monthly IT Payments report
  • Responsible for actual to budget/forecast monthly report analysis
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of all project activities, including POC and cost-to-complete
  • Aggregate ROI of capital investment and report on progress of ROI (Create platform for ROI analysis)
  • Assists on supplier contract analysis
  • Ensures that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the established timeline and budget.
  • Work with internal audit on reviewing policy and procedures for all capital requirements and applications
  • Assist in understanding of financial trend planning and forecasting and funding on national supply chain
  • Work with finance team on the sunset project analysis, i.e. I/C reconciliation – Ad-hoc

Qualifications

Minimum Education: BA, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience: Minimum of five (5+) years of working experience with a broad base of roles that include business alignment, process improvement, finance, IT and operations required. The Sr. Integration Analyst– Information Technology Integration will be required to introduce and execute process methodology and to execute it within the established PMH-IT organizational framework and oversight processes. Prefer candidate with business management, financial operations, IT operations or Customer Support background. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and previous experience managing large complex projects with multiple tracks. Broad-based knowledge of information technology and good knowledge of business operations and principles. Demonstrates ability to sustain strong ongoing relationships with client, middle management and vendor account managers. Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modeling and verification. Proven analytical, mathematical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. Highly self-motivated and directed.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
