Sr. HRIS Analyst

You Will:

Maintain configuration and development of ADP Vantage system including testing, training, and supporting the stages to upgrade, develop, and build out new processes.

Work with IT and internal departments in maintaining data interface from ADP Vantage to the data flow into our downstream systems.

Gather and review data in the assigned areas, coordinate with relevant managers, and prepare evaluations, analysis, reports, and recommendations as required.

Act as liaison between users (functional requirements) and technical support personnel (technical capabilities/performance aspects).

Recommend, implement, provide system wide training of all ADP Vantage upgrades or enhancements.

Analyze any system failure within ADP Vantage modules and interfaces which may limit performance and develop corrective action.

Work with end-users to re-design business processes in order to streamline and/or automate existing processes.

Create custom reports using ADP Adhoc Reporting and/or by extract data from vendor databases. This includes and not limited to current vendors and establish new vendor relations to ensure data integrity across ADP and vendor modules.

Create custom reports for various 3rd party audits and data requests, including automating the distribution of recurring reports.

Create and maintain custom interfaces between different internal and external systems.

Review and document processes and assess recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or HR related processes and procedures via the use of technology.

Identify and track system or related process issues including documenting contingencies that occur during the entire course for a proper audit trail of resolution.

Ensure system configuration changes are tested and documented according to internal audit controls before changes applied to production.

Assist with documenting processes and training manuals to develop proper backup support.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in the area of HR, Business and/or IT is preferred

Must have solid Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Advance level experience with Excel preferred (vlookup, pivot, formulas, etc.) 4 Years of HRIS experience including core table structure, interface layouts and system implementation

Relational database experience (i.e. MS Access or similar) with the ability to create tables, complex queries and reports from multiple sources of data

Proficient in ADP applications and report writer. Experience in ADP Vantage is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepancies

Set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision while maintaining organization and preserving strict confidentiality of all information.

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interact in a professional manner with various functions and levels within the Organization

Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment

Strong project management skills

Manage multiple projects and fluctuating workload & flexibility to assist in other tasks as assigned.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Pay Range:
USD $90,000.00 – USD $(phone number removed) /Yr.
