Position Overview This individual will be part of Hubbell HR IT organization as the functional subject matter expert in HR system Integrations and will interact with Payroll, Benefits Business teams, other IT teams and external vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities Ability to provide and present creative solutions for complex Business requirements with understanding of Business process and SuccessFactors system and drive the teams to a collective best practice system solution for an Integrated HR environment.
Lead design sessions for SuccessFactors integrations with external payroll, benefits vendors through execution and deployment.
Drive implementation of SuccessFactors integrations with external payroll vendors coordinating with business partners, project managers, vendors and IT teams.
Flexibility in partnering with team members and stakeholders working in different time zones in US and international countries.
Good understanding of Payroll and Benefits Business processes.
Basic understanding of Hire to Retire Business process.
Ability to drive technical conversations with development teams from Internal IT and external vendors in implementing the SuccessFactors integrations to completion.
Experience in creating and leading the execution of test strategy for SuccessFactors to Payroll and Benefits Integrations.
Experienced with creating and maintaining field mapping and functional Specifications for SuccessFactors Interfaces.
Responsible for analyzing SuccessFactors Integration errors, troubleshooting and implement resolutions.
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce Payroll, time system.
Support Audit controls requirements and Audit documentation for Integrations.
Experience partnering with SAP SuccessFactors Preferred care on product issues and capabilities for integrations.
Responsible for creating Incidents on SAP Launch pad, partner with SAP on resolution.
Experience working in SuccessFactors Implementation and production support.
Strong Team player with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center.
International payroll integration experience.
Experience working with Service Now ticketing tool.
Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Human Resources or Business Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with SuccessFactors Integrations in SME role.
