This position will be responsible for weekly personnel transactions processing related to all lifecycle events.

The goal is to deliver high-tech, low-cost solutions to the organization for repeatable transaction processing with high customer satisfaction.

Have knowledge and ability to handle the most advanced and complex processing tasks for Albertsons Companies using the PeopleSoft application.

Provides guidance and training to other members of the processing team in completing their tasks.

Partners with HR Compliance and Audit Lead or Manager to develop and implement the best ” Practices” for the processing team.The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

Main responsibilitiesKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:In addition to duties / responsibilities of HR Compliance and Audit Coordinator I & II:Performs, supports, monitors, and validates timely / accurately transaction processing for employee lifecycle events and employee data changes based on knowledge of company, labor contract, and state and federal labor regulations.Ensures timely and accurate processing, edits and corrections of any transaction system errors, specialized transactions and various issues resolution for numerous contracts / companies.Trains other team members on personnel transactions processing, knowledge of company, labor contract, and state and federal labor regulations under direction of HR Compliance and Audit Lead or HR Compliance and Audit Manager.Resolves and escalates issues as needed.Administratively assists/leads with workflow as needed/assigned.Administratively assists/leads with projects and/or short/long-term special assignments as needed/assigned.Administratively assists/leads with various audits (e.G., wage rates /progression, absence balances, etc.) as needed/assigned.SME – Possesses a detailed understanding over the breadth of in-house policies and procedures relating to HR Data Processing and can articulate the upstream and downstream impacts of activities.Regular interaction with cross-department representative along with division HR and LR business partners as well as facility office team members.

What we are searching forKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:Education Level:High School Diploma/GED required.

Any HR/financial/payroll/tax related training a plus, either formal classes or seminars.Experience Level:Three to five years of combined personnel or payroll experience in a highly automated payroll, Human Resources, or accounting environment, preferably in a large organization.Two to three years of in-house experience.Skills and Experiences:Excellent knowledge of personnel or payroll transactions processing, labor contracts, federal and state labor regulations.Excellent cross-Divisional knowledge.Excellent in multiple specialty processes.Excellent knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) applications including HR data, contracts, and queries.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Strong ability to grasp complex processing tasks.Exceptional PC skills, experience with Microsoft Office, access database and PeopleSoft experience is a must.

Oracle HCM Cloud experience is strongly preferred.Self-motivated.Champion of change.Expert research and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service, verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills, business ethics and sensitivity to confidential information.Demonstrates understanding of company’s system and relationship to processes.Ability to train others.Demonstrates leadership skills.
