ADP is hiring Senior Funds Control Specialist.

In this position you will manage risk and safeguard ADP assets through the use of systems, controls, reports, and procedures.

The position is responsible for the timely and accurate funding of all assigned impounds, adjustments, and disbursements that are processed through CAPS which encompass all money movement and tax products such Total Pay, Tax Service, Tax Filing, WGPS, GS, etc.

The position will manage and control the resolution of transactions and activities in the Funds Control Management department and requires a high level of accuracy to minimize high dollar financial exposure to ADP and its clients.

The position requires strong banking knowledge, research and reconciliation experience, and client service skills.

The individual interacts on a daily basis with internal and external partners, banks, and clients and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

The position will be required to train internal and external partners, perform risk analysis, and facilitate or present information at meetings when necessary.At ADP we are driven by your success.

Will facilitate action plans with clients, inter-departments, and region associates in a positive and supportive manner to resolve issues.Monitor client funding, evaluate, and mitigate large dollar risk to ADP and clients.Will ensure the timely resolution of issues and execute transactions according to risk policies.The position will have a strong ability to work under pressure of time constraints and make sound and accurate decisions to ensure transactions are executed without impairing client service or causing financial exposure to ADP or clients.Assess financial risk and exposure for all products by using various systems, reports, resources, and technical knowledge.Prioritize critical issues and have the ability to identify and analyze potential system problems that may impact service quality and financial risk.Train internal and external partners and facilitate or present information at meetings as necessary.
