Documentation Specialist
– Archiving Short term (3 months) temp role to assist with moving/archiving documents Some travel to client Cambridge and Waltham locations supporting archiving needs The purpose of this position is to be responsible for aspects of the archiving submittal & retrieval processes in accordance with applicable government regulations & local policies.
•Respond to requests for material & information in a timely manner
•Process Box Recall Requests in accordance with local SOPs
•Perform Data Entry into our Global Archiving Database
•Coordinate pick-ups & deliveries; in conjunction with Records Management of material stored at Iron Mountain
•Other projects as assigned by supervisor Qualifications:
•High School diploma/GED with 1-3 years of experience in a GxP environment or Records Management or an Associate’s Degree
•Good organizational skills
•Good attention to detail
•Good Written and oral communication skills
