We’re revolutionizing the way people do business, and we want your ideas, your enthusiasm, and your passion to help us keep on innovating.We love where we work, and you can, too.What You’ll DoMonitor executive compensation market trends and regulatory developmentsAssist with preparation for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings including agenda planning, scheduling, analysis and material developmentPartner with colleagues in Finance, Legal, and HR to prepare the annual proxy statement filing, with a specific focus on the CD and table disclosuresPartner with compensation colleagues to support the administration of the equity program including grant issuance, vesting processes, and customer serviceDesign, implement and maintain compensation systems, processes & tools to support current and future compensation program evolutionUse data and insights to help develop persuasive materials for senior management consideration and approvalManage applicable executive level salary survey processes and evaluate market data for executive positionsParticipate in the administration and analysis of our salary and incentive programs, as neededDevelop creative methods for compiling and preparing data, including but not limited to designing reports and tools to use in compensation-related analytics and dashboardsAssist with the development of educational materials, tools, training modules and content to increase understanding of equity compensation programs and practicesSupport special projects Must-Haves5 years of progressive experience in executive compensation focused on stock plan administration, plan design, and Board reportingDemonstrated strong communication and influencing skills evidenced through experience partnering with senior level executives across HR, Finance, Legal, and the C-SuiteYou have strong data analysis skills and are an expert storyteller, who is able to effectively present those findings with a point of view to diverse audiencesYou are comfortable with ambiguity and are able to work with stakeholders to problem solveYou thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing business needsExcellent attention to detailSolutions minded with the ability to break down complex issues and simplify processesOur StoryAppFolio (NASDAQ: APPF) was founded in 2006 with the mission to revolutionize vertical industry businesses by providing great software and service.
