This role will partner with other members of the compensation team to effectively execute on strategic initiatives so that Albertsons can attract, motivate, and reward our talent.

This will include managing our survey strategy and planning, data analysis for market review, and data support for all compensation processes and projects.

The position will be based in Dallas, TX or one of our main regional offices (Boise, ID, Denver CO, Chicago, IL, or Phoenix, AZ).Main responsibilities Evaluates and analyzes market data and research to determine competitive positioning of our salary ranges and pay programs.

Utilizes analytical insights to develop and present meaningful recommendations.

Supports complex research and analysis associated with special compensation programs or projects.

Prepares special market analysis as requested.Contribute to the development of enterprise pay policies, processes, guidelines, and standards to effectively support business objectives and appropriately balance risk.Monitor compensation market trends to ensure market competitivenessResponsible for identifying the right surveys for ACI to participate in and ensuring timely completion of survey submissions.Support the annual compensation planning process including system testing and consulting with HR partners and leaders.Manage or contribute to special projects as needed.Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and all levels of leadership to resolve issues and achieve goals What we are searching for Highly collaborative team player with a track record of building relationships and establishing credibility at all levels.Proactively drives process improvements.Action-oriented, hands-on, able to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgencyAbility to work across teams and business units to lead discussions, influence and build consensus.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact, influence, negotiate and build trust effectively at all levels of management and peers.Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.Ability to effectively manage a variety of projects.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: BA/BS degree, preferably with emphasis in HR, Accounting, Finance or General Business3
– 5 years of Compensation experienceExperience working with compensation surveys and survey vendorsStrong experience working with HR Data & Systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, etc.)Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to gather, analyze and organize dataAbility to analyze data to make effective decisionsTechnical aptitude & curiosity to learn new toolsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions (e.g., HR, Data, HRIS)Strong attention to detailAdvanced Excel skillsStrategic thinker that can effectively present ideas to all levels of the organization What it is like at Albertsons?
