Business Systems Analyst – Office 365 ADP is hiring a Sr.
Business Systems Analyst in the OneADP Business Transformation team responsible for design and development of low code/no code solutions using Office 365 to create a frictionless experience for ADP associates and empower ADP executives with data and analytics that help them make more informed and objective people decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will work with process owners and Business Unit leaders and stakeholders to: understand their requirements, create functional/technical requirements, features and user stories, prioritize and size the backlog, and ensure solution designs are approved before development.
You will work closely with site GMs, Business Unit leaders and business partners across all OneADP locations to develop strategic Initiatives in support of high-level business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Analysis
– Conducts structured analysis and prepares analysis documentation, including user stories, use cases, or other requirements documentation.
Works with OneADP Business Unit leaders and stakeholders to understand and document current process, identify potential optimizations, and design a future state leveraging Office 365 Power Platform.
Facilitates demos and walkthroughs to gain consensus from the stakeholders on design and implementation of product features.
Shows the ability and willingness to problem solve.
Product Ownership
– Collaborates OneADP Business Transformation team to define roadmaps and translate into epic/initiatives; decomposes into features and user stories.
Responsible for ensuring user stories meet definition of ready, fully groomed with success criteria.
Assist with planning and estimation.
Provides input into sprint retrospectives.
Aligns and negotiates dependencies with other teams.
Design – Collaborates with business partners to document and design alternative solutions if needed to satisfy user, statutory, and system requirements.
Presents alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus.
Development – Leverages Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform and other technologies to develop solutions that meet the needs of the defined user stories.
Testing Support
– Assists in testing the features developed as needed.
May be asked to create success criteria with detailed definitions and test cases against them.
Support
– Provides assistance to other staff members and development groups on.
Assists in estimating and scheduling of a product or product tasks.
Provides assistance to Office 365 Collaboration Forum to troubleshoot and resolve problems and to explore opportunities for enhancement and improvement.

Knowledge
– Remains up to date on all systems analysis tools by reading related material and taking courses.
Acquires process knowledge by learning the daily operations of the Business Units and products.
Has knowledge of development principles.
Has the ability to encourage Agile/Scrum concepts into OneADP Business Transformation team’s practices.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 5 years of professional work experience 3 Years of directly related experience in a business transformation role or similar Experience in Agile/Scrum environment Knowledge of development practices and principles Expertise using Office 365 automation products: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Power BI, Dynamics 365 Experience with SQL, SharePoint and SalesForce Expertise understanding technical concepts such as APIs, testing, frameworks, and issue troubleshooting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent leadership skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Knowledge/Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology A little about ADP: We are a global leader in HR technology, offering the latest AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and much more.
