Sr. Benefits Administrator – Hybrid Schedule (S. Houston)

Oil & Energy solutions-focused company growing steadily and looking to add key Team Member to serve as lead for U.S.

& Canada benefits (health, welfare and retirement) program administration.

Generous compensation/benefits package and hybrid schedule (1 day/week in the office).Role focused on program design and management, including evaluating benefits, benchmarking or cost analysis as well as vendor management, collaborating with Sr.

Leadership and ensuring regulations compliance.Must have consistent background and experience in benefits program design and management for companies of 1500-2000 EEs.

Minimum of 7 years relevant experience required and minimum of Bachelor’s degree education requirement.
